Official Rules & Promotion Terms

Participation in the Shoot 360 Tournament requires completed registration and a signed liability waiver. By participating, players agree to abide by all tournament rules and decisions made by Shoot 360 staff, which are final.

Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted except at Shoot 360’s discretion. Membership prizes must be redeemed within 30 days of award and are subject to standard membership terms and conditions. Prizes are awarded “as is” without warranty of any kind.

The signed basketball is an authentic autographed item; player signature and specific Kings player are not guaranteed. Shoot 360 is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Sacramento Kings or the NBA.

Shoot 360 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the tournament due to unforeseen circumstances. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Shoot 360, its affiliates, staff, and partners from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the event or acceptance/use of any prize.
